Disabling Users

This topic describes the procedure to deactivate a user.

Before you begin this task:
You must have the role of a systemAdmin or Organizational Admin to disable users.


Disabling a user will deactivate the user temporarily. This will prevent the user from accessing applications or features in an organization where the user is disabled.

  1. On CUSP > My Applications, click (User Manager). The User Manager window appears.
  2. Select Users - Roles or Users - Tasks or Users - Teams view in the User Manager window.
  3. In the Users pane, right-click a user and select Disable.

    Tip: You can select multiple users by holding down the CTRL key.



    A user is disabled and a icon appears next to the name of the user.

    Note: To enable a disabled user, right-click the name of the user and select Enable.
